Not ready to sign up, or just planning a one-time stay? This option lets you enter the basic details of your stay without creating an account. You will still receive access to our booking system if we have space available, and can log in to manage your details later.
Response times may be a little longer, as we need to transfer your information into our system manually.
Existing & Recurring Customers
If you are an existing customer or plan to use our services regularly, this is the best way to get started. A booking request lets you enter your pet details and booking information, see instant pricing, and manage everything in one place.
Because your details go directly into our booking system, you can expect a faster response and can be added to the waitlist if needed.
Mobile Apps
iOS & Android
Shortly we will introduce our new Mobile App, starting for iPhone and iPad. Details about Features of our Beta Version of the Mobile App you can find here.
The Android Version is planned for later in the year.
Book a Tour or Pet Visit
You can book a Tour of our Facility or visit a Pet that has a Long-Term Booking (>3 weeks) with us. We only have limited spots for such Tours & Visits and for this reason it requires an Appointment.
